Nope, by the way, our offers are completely identical, but yesterday I specifically created a table with the items that are already included for the Müller family and what would be added on top with us, and there is still a huge GAP there.
As I said, all other items are identical, and if you also take the comparison with 23,000 from that one duplex wall, that's already massive. As I said, we have a smaller house without an additional attic, and for them most of what we still need on top is already included in the base price.

Uh, but this is NOT a construction service description! Who knows whether the company generally uses thinner roof beams for duplex houses or places them at different intervals than for single-family houses, the roof type might also be executed differently. Maybe the builder generally constructs duplexes upstairs using prefabricated construction, the single-family house is built solidly. Maybe the screed is a centimeter thinner? Maybe the drainage is simpler? Maybe the subs simply got better prices in a double pack, the duplex was calculated before Feb/March, the single-family house after.
What’s important is that you have a good feeling about the builder/house builder’s work and the house price appears valuable to you (good price/performance ratio).
......
Just read that again with you: for them, a lot was included in the base price. It might also be a promotional price.
