Yeah, have all that delivered by the building materials supplier, otherwise you'll be driving for days. A concrete slab is obviously complete overkill. Set curb stones 8x25x100 in concrete fillets. If the soil is really clay, you don’t need 30cm of substructure inside either. Clay doesn’t do anything if there isn’t a proper load on it. 15cm of gravel, 5cm of grit, and then slabs/stones on top.

I spoke with the GU today and asked why it is so expensive. He said that he would have to go almost 1 meter deep to do it according to regulations. But for his own garden house, he would only do a 30cm foundation ;)
