Hello,
I have to say, I’m totally lost in the heating jungle. Apparently, there are 30 models for every type.
Can someone give me an example of the costs involved and which heat pump is needed for a 125 sqm single-family house if you want to plan a heat pump with ground collectors at Vaillant?
geoTHERM VWS 63/3? And what is subsidized with 4000 euros?
Can someone recommend an affordable company in NRW?

New construction?
If yes:
8000-10000€ for the drilling
7000 € for the heating
1000 € installation (?)
5 € for coffee and cake
500€ insurance

4500€ subsidy for an annual performance factor of >4.5

Which heating system depends on your partner and your heating load. Make sure the drilling partner is certified (W120-2) and that the application to [BAFA] must be submitted before the order.

All statements from laypersons.

The geoTherm no longer exists for a few days - only remaining stock. The new Vaillant is called FlexoTherm and it already has a few (smaller) treats, which is why I waited.

Drilling costs 6-12,000 euros depending on the provider/soil conditions. The heating system costs rather around 8,000 euros, the insurance for drilling 300 euros. And a subsidy for surface collectors is 4,000 euros.

Otherwise, as written: Without heating load calculation, choosing the heating system makes no sense.

He is right
We drill deep. However, a surface collector is still cheaper.
Didn’t know that FlexoTherm is discontinued. Is it even on the Bafa list then? I could cry. We actually wanted to sign soon....

Is registered with BAFA. Flat plate collector is cheaper, but it also has to work - with us that would not have been possible because of sandy soil and with 520 sqm² too small.

I had waited 6 months for the FlexoTherm and checked with them every week.

Now you only have 5 or 8 kW left and we wanted 6... but for that, 228 l of hot water. That is very pleasing. I have to study that tonight.
