Corner wall/plaster entrance door

Hello,
my front door was installed last week, afterwards the connection was plastered.

as you can see, the angle of the wall here is not 90 degrees, not even close (it clearly looks like it runs inward). This only happens here, at no other window etc. Does anyone know if there is a standard for this? The developer is of the opinion that this is just how it is and cannot be changed, after all, you never really know exactly how wide the door really is. Everything would be fine like that, etc...

On the other side, I have seen at several houses that it is not like this there...
It is also like this on the outside...

Of course, nothing about this detail is stated in the construction contract...

Hello,

There is the DIN18202 for the plastering trade. The deviation from the right angle is indicated as the so-called Stichmaß. So the gap between the wall and the right angle in relation to the respective length. Of course, this can also be done with a spirit level.

This is of course fixable but actually quite elaborate. Is it a developer or a construction contractor?
