Hello titoz

Reasonable prices. But the civil engineers also have to earn a living. And they also have considerable operating costs.
A small example: I had to make a foundation about 20 meters long, 80 cm deep, 30 wide, partially exposed concrete.
Cost estimate (incl. disposal of excavation and backfilling with RCL) 12,500 euros. I then did it myself. Mini excavator costs about 200 euros for 8 hours, a 7.5m³ container 180 euros. It then cost me a weekend and 3,000 euros.
Of course, you have to know how to do it.

Hello,

this here:

seems quite expensive to me:

I paid just under 50 € (net) per meter for my geothermal exchanger made of KG 2000 DN 200. And that included delivering and laying the pipe in the excavation during backfilling work. Including slope leveling and sand encasement!
The pipe alone already costs 15-20 euros, leaving 30-35 € for the work.
If yours is normal KG pipe, it doesn't cost more than 5 euros per meter, leaving a good 45-55 € for the labor. That's princely.
And why the 20% price difference between the DN150 and DN125 pipe? The work is the same, the material doesn't cost that much more either?

Excavating and backfilling the trench was about 25 € per meter for me, but only 1.7 m deep (geothermal exchanger for ventilation).

So, your offer is quite expensive, the question is whether that's of any use to you. Do you have alternatives?

Best regards,

Andreas

Then it’s fair... You get almost double the amount when setting the L-blocks for free, which previously cost you 2400.

Whether I would bring in another company would be something to seriously consider. The current one demolished the old structure and knows your place. Also, in RLP the order books are well filled. Whether you save 1k but then wait a few weeks for a company... hmm
