Interesting, then in my opinion the municipality would have to fulfill its clearing duty (if your interpretation is correct, that as a resident you do not have to clear). It will most likely not do so. Hypothetically, I would be interested in the corresponding compensation lawsuit (if, contrary to expectations, something should happen and the injured party or their health insurance sues).only the roadway remains in the form of a play street. and it says there, no snow and ice clearing.
Be that as it may, as a resident I would—without studying the statutes—clear snow and ice out of habit. That's how it's done, that's how I was taught, and personally the advantages of a cleared path convince me nonetheless.
Never say never :P.besides, it never snows here anyway
