Cooperative or house purchase with a large garden?

1000 sqm I find already acceptable. Bigger would be nicer. Unfortunately, I only have 700, which I think is the absolute minimum. And if you already calculate whether it is profitable or "worthwhile," you should not only look at the loan installment but also somehow factor in the higher living value.
