The question is, why do you want to move away from your affordable 90sqm Ggf. Why change it? Is it the property that attracts? Is it the land? Or is it the enlargement due to family planning?

Are there really no compelling reasons speaking against affordability?

Is ownership instead of renting not also possibly an advantage?

If you rent so cheaply, ownership does not have to be cheaper.

Hello everyone,

thanks for the input. Over the past few days, I entered my data into the [Baufinanzierung Rechner] – with about 20 years term and around 1600€ monthly application, a loan of approximately 350,000€ would be possible. I always thought it would be much more expensive, compound interest and all. What attracts me to ownership is the ability to renovate the living space, rainforest shower, driveway, and as mentioned, the openness. Also that I don’t always have to think about having to restore the apartment to its original condition when moving out, as is the case here.
The mentioned house probably won’t be it; I received a call from the real estate agent today, saying that bids are already being actively placed. I will just sit back, luckily I am not dependent on it. Still, I’ll keep looking.

What kind of stupid statements are these always? I bought my cabin precisely BECAUSE there were 1600 sqm of land included and because I wanted such a big garden. Everyone is just different and not everyone is like you....

You are right. 1000sqm is not too much for everyone. K.
