Hello Suzuki65, of course you can easily replace the panes. In terms of weight, the wing with the new glass will not weigh 30 kg. Since the fitting is presumably designed for 100 kg, you have enough reserve. Find a window manufacturer who processes Rehau profiles and ask if they sell you the desired glazing beads and if so, what measurements they need. If you can properly pack the panes yourself, do it yourself; if not, have the window manufacturer/carpenter do it. The whole action makes sense, for example, if a previously uninsulated house is now to be insulated and the windows are already quite modern and can accommodate triple glazing. You will definitely save yourself the mess and additional work of replacing the window.
