Convert sliding curtain to Velcro

Hello,
we want to install sliding curtains in our home.
However, I don’t find the installation of the sliding curtains without Velcro (like with Kvartal) quite successful.
Now I have found a good supplier for the rails and panel carriers and wanted to buy the sliding curtains from Ikea and retrofit them with Velcro.

Has anyone of you ever retrofitted the sliding curtains from Ikea with Velcro? Is that even possible, or am I just making it too easy for myself again?

I just went ahead and bought the sliding curtains from Ikea. I have the sliding curtain system from another manufacturer because I definitely wanted Velcro on the sliding curtains so that I can easily change and swap them.

It worked great, I got the Velcro at the fabric store, along with matching sewing thread. Folded the top edge twice and ironed it, pinned the Velcro tape and sewed it on both edges (sewing machine), folded the bottom edge twice and ironed it as well, and sewed a hem for the weighted rod.

It was worth it, it takes some time as a non-sewing professional, but the result really looks great.
