Cannot confirm. Device Helios EC 270 with enthalpy exchanger. It is in use from October to April. Humidity on average 50-55%. And in the bedrooms I do not hear the system even on level 4.

How high are your CO2 levels? And how do you measure the humidity? At 50-55% it is likely that you ventilate very sparingly, which would also speak for such a small device, or the house is very small but many people live in it. Mathematically, with current outdoor humidities, such values are actually not possible.

Volume of the house 670m3, 2 full floors Air exchange rate 0.4 2 hygrometers showing almost the same values I do not have a CO2 sensor.

Well, that is hardly possible with the device. CO2 is the interesting factor based on which the ventilation should be adjusted. The air exchange rate is probably 0.2...0.3. You would have to produce about 8 liters of water vapor per day in the house, which is somewhat realistic.

Smartass mode ON

You probably mean hygrometers. A hydrometer actually measures the specific gravity or density of liquids.

Smartass mode OFF

We have the Zehnder Q350 TR and you can’t hear it at all in the rooms. You can easily change the filter yourself. We have now also ordered enthalpy heat exchangers, otherwise the air is already very dry in winter.

Best regards
