Controlled residential ventilation preparation

If you check "Mechanical ventilation system present" in the WSN calculation, you cannot leave the "Blower-Door-Test" field empty.
Since apparently links are not allowed here for commercial reasons, just Google "when is a blower door test required."


For "laying pipes in the floor" there are two options. 1. in a suspended ceiling and 2. under screed.
Under "suction element in the garden," your heating technician probably means a suction tower.
This is usually only required when using a ground heat exchanger.
Otherwise, it is on the wall and not too low, not too close together, preferably not on the street side and not where you or your visitors might go outside to smoke.
