Controlled residential ventilation - Is stage 7 out of 9 an acceptable design?

That makes no sense to me, it should make a difference whether 2 people or 6 with 2 dogs live in a house.

Does more air come in when you open the window if there are more people in the house too!?

Don't understand the context. Apparently, I'm too stupid. According to my understanding, one should try to keep the CO2 level low. If a lot of CO2 is produced, more fresh air must be supplied.

Both are taken into account in the calculation program.
