Hello,
we plan to install a Zehnder Q350 to ventilate and extract air from our basement as well:
A living area of about 20sqm with underfloor heating (supply air), technical room (exhaust air), storage room (exhaust air), the basement is made of concrete and insulated.
I am aware of the advantages, but I read and hear various statements about the disadvantages and risks (condensation, summer humidity... etc.)
1.- How is it during high summer periods and the risk of bringing extreme humidity into the basement? Is a bypass helpful in this case?
2.- Does an enthalpy heat exchanger have disadvantages here?
I would be very happy about long-term experiences.
Thank you!
