Ok convinced, we will start with the enthalpy exchanger then, thanks :-). How does it look with the durability of the parts, here again there is hardly anything from the manufacturers about it.
What if there is over 70% humidity and enthalpy in the house for the first two years, is there then a risk of mold formation?
if you had over 70% humidity in the house with a controlled residential ventilation system, it is either broken or not connected... ;)
We also have the Zehnder Q 350 with the enthalpy exchanger and the humidity in the house is everywhere around 45%. The house is also new, we moved in at the beginning of December. I wouldn't want it to be significantly drier.
The ventilation runs permanently at about 230 m^3/h.
