Control roller shutters via app New construction

I would like to control my roller shutters via app. I am currently in the new building and the electrical work is underway. There are a total of 13 roller shutters, unfortunately my electrician does not have much experience with this and has asked me to look for something myself. The budget is not very high, up to 500€ for the material, can you find something reasonable or would you rather leave it be?

500€ for which material? Only the control?

If you have good (!) WLAN coverage at every shutter, or wherever its control is, Shelly 2.5, for example, might be the cheapest solution. These are mounted behind normal shutter buttons (not switches). You would just have to show your electrician the wiring diagram to see if he can make use of it. Alternatively, if it's only about shutters, you could also use Somfy (even though I don't like that stuff otherwise). The motors are a bit more expensive there, and if your budget is tight anyway, you have to calculate that (or have it calculated).

I would also recommend the Shelly. The original control remains, always very important for roommates who find smart home terrifying. It's basically on top.

With us, the electrician installed the blind switches as push buttons so that the radio actuators can be installed behind them. We have some from Eltako with the enocean radio protocol. Will the electrician install this for you or has he already completed his trade?
