And something must still be missing, unless the earth collector is also mentioned and somehow described in the offer.

Yes, the offer includes a section with additional/deviating services to the construction description: "Brine-water heat pump (Vaillant geotherm 6kw) energy generation via surface collectors installed in the ground, approx. 400 sqm"

No idea how others might evaluate this, but for me, placing the collectors in the soil is part of it. If soil needs to be removed for this purpose, it must also be refilled. The note "installed" in my opinion includes a complete service. Your chances are not that bad, provided there are no further agreements, which are not mentioned here.

If you cannot come to an agreement, I would involve a specialist lawyer. However, at the same time, I would postpone this dispute as far back as possible.

@voki

How is "as far back as possible" supposed to work? The OP has to sign a ZV and the additional cost will be distributed across the upcoming payment stages.

It will be unavoidable to address the problem. However, the dispute can possibly be delayed. I would initially record this position here with reservations and with the right to reclaim. Then probably mention that this is only done as a precaution and that there has not yet been time to think about it specifically, but at the same time one does not want to delay the construction.
"somehow" is an indication that it depends on BOTH parties here as well (as usually). The contractor might sense trouble and want to start the dispute immediately, but he also has a lot to do initially and may not assess the "right to reclaim" as it legally appears. ;)
