Hello. We negotiated a construction loan with a bank three months ago. During these three months, the contracts were prepared by the bank. The contract is actually supposed to be signed in two days. Now the interest rate has gone down even further. Is there a possibility for renegotiation or new negotiation? Do we have to sign? Thank you in advance and have a nice rest of Easter. Interpony

You don't have to do anything. You can negotiate or go somewhere else.

Which contract is to be signed? Loan agreement? Just ask for a condition adjustment. Alternatively, simply inquire elsewhere.
