The ratio of the amounts does not match. 60 TEU with 170 TEU? Then I would have all the material delivered from the house, store it, and then sell it.

In principle, you are right. But the 60k does not include any materials. ;)

My buddy Hansi (not only Bommes has buddies *LOL*) says that as a construction contractor he has an eleven percent margin (after personnel costs, before tax); and when I tell my buddy Pablo that as a general contractor one would make 60k profit on a 170k contract volume (so 35 percent !!!), he closes his cocaine plantations and changes the industry :) Such dream profits are not even made by a dental lab or a corona test center. In this respect, I understand the lawyer of the plaintiff’s calmness. He sweeps the general contractor’s profit damage claim off the table with three arbitrary balance sheets from construction companies, to the roaring laughter of the entire court.

The question is how big is the house? At 170k, that's more like a 2-room apartment. That's already somewhat a scam. Two years ago, no one wanted to build a house for 170k. Which state is that?

Does SA stand for Saarland or Saxony? (SL or SN would be the official state abbreviations - but I don't want to be smart here, I had to google it myself)
