Hello everyone,
we have now already been told by phone about a construction water bill of €300(!) during the shell construction phase of our solid single-family house without a basement. So far, we have only completed the ground floor.
It seems a bit excessive to us.
Okay, a hydrant had to be tapped. But can it really be that much for us already???
Or are we then paying the costs of our neighbors who are almost finished???
The builder spoke of the bill since November (as already said, for us the strip foundation, base slab, and pore concrete blocks - ground floor are completed).
Isn't our builder obliged to provide us with the water bill showing our exact consumption?
We have now requested this bill first (let’s see how many cm³ it actually is and how many other charges there are).
But we would like to get an assessment from experts first.
Many thanks in advance!
