Others have to take action here and warn some users...... if then someone picks one who is not only expensive but also does poor work ... then it's: "why did you even choose such a person? You should have asked beforehand!"

I built in the Düsseldorf area 12 years ago. Shell construction with an architect, the rest on my own.
As a "watchdog" I had a bricklayer who was early retired. The guy had a damaged disc.
I was very satisfied with him. He was often at the construction site, reported all problems to me, which I was then able to resolve with the craftsmen.
Maybe you should look in that milieu. There are many who want to pass the time for little money.

You can also organize such construction-accompanying quality control through the Bauherren-Schutzbund or Verband privater Bauherren (Verband Privater Bauherren). It is also possible through DEKRA. It is controversially discussed in the forum due to liability issues, but in my opinion it is definitely better than nothing. We have a construction-accompanying expert through the Bauherren-Schutzbund and the man is worth his weight in gold.
