Construction supervision via SV or Bauherren-Schutzbund, Association of Private Homeowners, TÜV, DEKRA

We have had very good experiences with an expert recommended by the [Bauherren-Schutzbund]. Likewise, the specialist lawyer recommended by them regarding contract review beforehand and also legal disputes afterwards. Money very well spent!!

Hello everyone,
we are also currently at the point of making a decision. You keep hearing mixed reviews about BHSH on the internet, and nothing so far about DEKRA.

At the moment, DEKRA is our favorite (their prices are also around 3,000 €, which is considered "normal").

We also dealt with Bauexperts from Renningen, but they seem suspiciously cheap to me (449.00 € (incl. 19% VAT) - this includes:

1. Basement slab, cellar
2. Shell construction completion
3. Interior finishing and rough installation
4. Completion / acceptance

Does anyone here have experience with either Bauexperts or DEKRA? We are quite indecisive...
