Construction Performance Insurance - Do You Need It?

Hello! We are currently facing the same challenge with the insurance companies. We will take out a builder's liability insurance, a construction all-risk insurance, and a residential building insurance with a preliminary fire shell insurance. What is still not quite clear to me: what amount do I enter for the construction sum (since it is relevant for the premium calculation)? Of course, costs for the house construction without land costs. I have heard somewhere that architect fees are not included, but how do I exclude them? They are not listed separately in the prefabricated house price... I believe earthworks must also be included, right?
