we had also secured the entire range: builder's liability, construction performance, construction helper accident, fire during shell construction, etc.
And theft of material was also covered by our insurance.

In total, we paid about 550 EUR for everything together, and after we moved in, the insurances automatically transferred to the
household insurance.
