until November: Design and approval planning (building application 5.11.)
until mid-January: Waiting for building permit / Preliminary selection of samples
until mid-February: Demolition of old building
until end of February: Clearing and felling of trees (28) / Soil investigation / Confirmation of unexploded ordnance clearance
Beginning of March: External development of the property
March 11: Groundbreaking.....
June 12: Topping-out ceremony
Currently: Window installation and roof covering

Goal: Move in by the end of September..... (buffer until end of October)
