is of course quite a hit at 430€/m².
You are roughly at ~1800€ (with a 460k€ loan) per month plus additional costs. So if you have children, that's over 50% of your net income just for housing. Personally, that would be way too much for me.
Daycare fees can be pretty expensive, especially if the price per m² is already that high for you.
That's just how the prices are here, nevertheless thanks for your opinion.
Give some more info about the plot. Don’t let yourself have to pull everything out of you piece by piece.
24 installments at 400 euros, you're not really paying much off. You wrote in the first post, residual value 100,000, that should mean outstanding debt, right?
Exactly, the outstanding debt amounts to 100k€ after the fixed interest period.....
