First of all, it must be clarified whether entries are really present. A few discrepancies in the installment payments do not immediately lead to a negative mark if the amounts have then been settled.

Make a free inquiry according to [DSGVO] or if you want it faster, buy an online access for a few euros.

So I would get the loan, now the only question is whether it is as good as it sounds.

Because the disadvantage is that 100,000 runs over a building savings contract that will only be repaid after 18 years, and for that long I pay interest on the full amount.

And that at an interest rate of 1.1 percent.

That means, according to my rough estimate, I would pay 1,100€ interest per year and 19,800€ at the end of the 18 years.

Now I lack the experience to say whether that is good or bad.

If I repay immediately, the interest will always be less and the repayment more, but I would have a worse interest rate.

I suspect this is not the optimal model and I should get a second opinion!?

Always grateful for tips

So PS: I just calculated the interest based on our repayment: €60,000 divided by the term and so on, I come to 1.7 percent and that's only if the interest rate does not worsen.
