Hello,
I have already read all sorts of things here, but have not yet found an answer to the following "problem." From what I have read, you have to calculate with 1600 - 2000 euros per square meter of living space for building a house. How do you then include an open gallery in the costs? Assuming it is a city villa, the ground floor is 100 sqm and the attic has an open gallery to the ground floor living room with 20 sqm of air space. The living space of the attic is therefore only about 80 sqm. How does this affect the price per square meter? Can someone give an estimate?
Best regards
Sabine
