What always confuses me are the price estimates with m² (1250-1700€) or m³ (280-320 €) numbers. I can’t reconcile my prices at all with these.

Is this price realistic?

How should one judge whether it fits?

For example:

Structural shell post: Drainage including earthworks. Does that also include supply? Gas, water, electricity, telephone?

The price for windows? Without knowing how many sqm of windows there will be.

Interior doors without knowing the quantity.

Tiling work bathroom. Only the labor or also the tiles and how many sqm do you need?

How many sqm of living space will it be in the end? More complex constructions like bay windows?

I can confirm the assessment by Bauexperte.
The individual costs are quite close to reality.
We are also currently building, although in the greater Munich area in the countryside and therefore the costs are still somewhat higher!
