Construction costs for KFW70 house with basement turnkey

If you have acquaintances who have experience with Allkauf Haus, you should have them list what was not included or what was extra. I also once had an appointment at Allkauf Haus, but the salesman disqualified himself.

Of those, I have the 10K as a guideline ;-)

As far as the additional costs for the sampling are concerned, there are practically almost no limits upwards. For us, the bathroom fittings were supposed to cost about 10k more, we paid up to 120.-/m² for tiles instead of 25.- (standard), plus built-in spotlights, plus electric shutters, additional sockets, switches, LAN, coax, etc. Color of the exterior plaster, and so on and so forth. With the "base price" you only get a basic house, and that is very sparse. Even the OSB boards to be able to walk on the attic were an extra!

The OP can then consider your suggestion for the first renovation measure. If the OP has indeed built, I assume that the house is now standing.
