Hello,
we are building a house on a former garden plot.
The plot (18m wide) was still free as a gap and is located on a street otherwise built up with detached houses and fully developed. The plot already has a power connection for a former garden shed. In addition, the drinking water pipe runs through the plot (this is registered as an easement in the land registry) and the wastewater and rainwater pipes have already been laid from the street to the property boundary at some point, so the street does not need to be opened. The house connection room will be approximately 7m from the street and 4m from the drinking water pipe.
Can someone tell me whether we still have to pay construction cost surcharges for the connection fees - electricity, drinking water, wastewater?
Best regards!

The so-called construction cost subsidies for the supply lines are for the higher-level parts of the networks and infrastructure.

You can't get around that.

No, you are confusing something.

You have to pay for the supply connections.
And if I am not mistaken, the _Anschluss_ must be paid for. The meters laid are limited and included.

Best regards in short
