Hello,
we are building a house on a former garden plot.
The plot (18m wide) was still free as a gap and is located on a street otherwise built up with detached houses and fully developed. The plot already has a power connection for a former garden shed. In addition, the drinking water pipe runs through the plot (this is registered as an easement in the land registry) and the wastewater and rainwater pipes have already been laid from the street to the property boundary at some point, so the street does not need to be opened. The house connection room will be approximately 7m from the street and 4m from the drinking water pipe.
Can someone tell me whether we still have to pay construction cost surcharges for the connection fees - electricity, drinking water, wastewater?
Best regards!
