Hello, I would advise you to look for an independent construction supervisor even before signing a construction contract. You conclude a contract with him about how often he appears on the construction site. He accepts all the work carried out by the craftsmen. He will also certainly go through the construction contract with you before signing and point out things that could end up causing you problems. Believe me, the money is well invested and you won’t have sleepless nights. So much shoddy work is done on construction sites. During my time on construction sites, I have seen enough. It is also reported almost daily in the media. If some users here who went bankrupt with the contractors and have already paid money in advance had had a construction supervisor, they would have saved themselves a lot of trouble and money with 95% certainty.
