Construction contract signed under pressure. Was that a mistake?

As Alex85 says, consult a specialist lawyer, we have had cases where payments of very different amounts were due, but it can also end well, get advice and then see if a compromise is possible. Most companies have their order books full, so it may be possible to get away with a few hundred euros. So, after the consultation, seek the conversation

If you still decide in favor of the company, then involve a publicly appointed building surveyor. It is not uncommon for 10-20% of the construction costs to be recovered. Then the construction company suffers losses.

A seller. A draft. Aha.

I consider that a pipe dream.

Oh man! We told you not to sign anything!

Never under pressure! NEVER UNDER PRESSURE!

When you want to buy an 80 € radio, you research 3 € more than for building a house!

Best negative example again!

Tomorrow there will be no more houses, so quickly sign something blank with a stupid clause

I find it brutally naive to have suddenly just signed the contract despite the warnings of almost all forum members who responded in your other thread AND your own rightly skeptical statements. According to your own statement from 12/15/17:

"If prices increase by 10% in 2018 from, for example, 400,000 euros, of course I am unhappy. But I am even more unhappy over Christmas if I have signed something that I want 99% but have not completely checked."

You should at least be extremely unhappy. Why walk knowingly into ruin? I just don’t understand it.

Yes, I was a bit naive, there's some truth to that. Now I am working on making the best of it.
