11kw does not need to be registered. Why might you do it? The mobile charging station can also be used on the go. The CEE in the garage can also be used for large appliances… And a Juice Booster or similar are fully functional charging stations. A CEE must also be installed by an electrician.

Whether it is a DIY solution probably depends on who installs it. I charged exactly like that for 6 months at the company until my wallbox was installed.
