In the hallway, the air temperature is about 20°C. The humidity is around 50 percent. We have already replaced all windows and patio doors with new ones and have no problems with condensation anywhere. The frames of all windows have about 15 - 16°C at an outside temperature around freezing point and below.
That can't be right.
At 20°C and 50% relative humidity, the dew point is at 9.3°C.
Apart from that, shouldn't sealing tape have been used instead of foam there? You definitely have a thermal bridge somewhere, that much is clear.
'Daily airing' might be enough in old buildings, but if the house is newer and not equipped with controlled residential ventilation, you will have to increase the frequency considerably.
