Concrete pile in front of the house, who has to remove it?

Hello, we are currently building a single-family house with Heinz von Heiden. Yesterday, our intermediate ceiling was poured and now there is a pile of concrete right in front of our entrance. The construction manager says that we have to remove the pile ourselves. Is this lawful?

The removal of construction debris was our responsibility at the time,

Check your construction service description to see if site clearance is included. But if the BL says so, then it is probably customary for the company. The previous speaker also confirms this.

Regardless of who made or disposes of the pile: If there are still people with heavy equipment or even an excavator on site, then have them quickly break the pile into manageable pieces so that you can dispose of it yourself without having to break it up yourself.
