I am going to renovate a house built in 1973. It was built with concrete blocks. I actually only want to renew the windows and insulate the roof structure. Or does external insulation make sense with concrete blocks? (It is heated with oil and a wood stove) Does it make sense to insulate only the weather-exposed side?

THANK YOU!

If you want to counteract the sharply rising energy prices somewhat, it should make sense.
Hardly. Saving at the wrong end!

best regards
