Conclude a forward loan now?

Is it worth taking out a forward loan now? I will only need the money for the house construction in 2-3 years and would like to secure the currently low construction interest rates. Is my calculation likely to work out?

Forward loans should actually only be taken out over relatively short forward periods of 6 to 12 months. It can be concluded as a short-term investment of up to one year. But not for a longer period. Then there are better options.
