We are renovating an approximately 160 sqm house to monument standard COMPLETELY. Including new roof structure, insulation, new intermediate ceilings, windows, heating, floors, sanitary, facade ... and will end up at around 250,000.

I am at 130 sqm, built in 1914, monument protection as an individual monument, modified floor plan, completely new technology, new sanitary, efficiency house monument at around 350K €. We are renovating the old building without an architect since we are not changing the floor plan. The roof structure was statically checked by the carpenter. And we are not installing any extraordinary technology in the old lady. After consulting, we also decided against the KfW funding because this standard can only be achieved in a 200-year-old house with much effort, which cannot always be implemented with the building fabric. But we also live in a rather inexpensive region where craftsmen still charge normal prices.
