Complete rainwater system

Hello, we want to use a rainwater harvesting system for house and garden for our construction project.

Does anyone have a good provider with a good price-performance ratio?

It will be used for 3 (in a few years 4) people. Garden, approx. 150-200sqm.

Is 5000 l sufficient?
With automatic or demand-based drinking water replenishment?

@ Euro yes Brunnen is certainly not bad;) I plan to do something like that immediately. is it actually legal or do you need a permit? in construction consulting they couldn't give me a precise answer, and I didn't feel like going to the groundwater authority extra...
