hello,
we are about to finalize the financing (in about 6 weeks the total financing costs will be determined and I am reluctant to finance too little out of haste and then have to refinance). What is your assessment of the trend or the future of construction interest rates? The ECB announced on 22.1.2015 to keep the key interest rate at 0.05%. But that was before the Greek election. I am somehow a bit afraid at the moment to miss the low interest rates in case the Greeks are kicked out of the EU. I am not a financial expert but the whole spectacle with the Greeks worries me. On the other hand, the key interest rate is so low to stimulate the economy in Europe and even if Greece is no longer on board it has to somehow continue... My bank said nothing will change in the next few weeks, on the internet it says that interest rates will remain that low for at least another six months... What do you think?
