My impression is that the answers somewhat miss the problem of the OP. I understand it as the OP actually looking for someone who creates a coherent ambiance for the bathroom.

Our bathroom, for example, has become top-functional thanks to the bathroom planners, but somewhat boring. Neither the plumber, nor the tiler, nor the bathroom studio had competencies for a cool design in our case.
And it seems that the OP is looking for someone who is an expert in designing a bathroom, including the color concept etc.

However, this also requires that the OP has an appropriate budget for it. If the OP doesn't even know what work needs to be done (screed), then I would not be so sure whether the costs for the renovation are correctly estimated.

That's exactly right! First, the design questions have to be clarified, then the technical implementation follows. Of course, it is good to already keep good technical feasibility and durability in mind during the design phase. But for such a concept, I need creative support, and I don’t get that from a sanitary company or a 3D bathroom planner in the showroom of a wholesaler. I do not want to diminish their capabilities, but that is the next step. And I maintain: Without an on-site impression, nothing works. The room is about 15 square meters in size. Since the bathroom is used intensively and is particularly exposed due to the wet room situation, I am happy to spend a bit more on it. I see 25,000 EUR as a minimum, but if there are good reasons to invest more, then that’s fine. Matthias

You would first have to look at a lot of pictures of bathrooms. It takes a while for the eye and taste to develop for "bathroom." Otherwise, you just hire an interior designer. They are familiar with color and proportions. Ideally, also with tiles and craftsmanship. Otherwise, you take their advice and go with it to the tile store. Interior designers are especially useful if you already give them an idea of what it could become. Otherwise, they remain in mediocre "marketable" taste. That is pleasing, but not very interesting. And unfortunately, mostly not timeless.

25k could be very tight for that size. That works with normal standard for sure, but not if you want extravagant furniture or a special floor. So before you insist on a particular design, it might be smarter to check what a completely ordinary standard bathroom costs. After that, certain wishes will most likely resolve themselves ;-)

However, in the case of renovation, the possibility of technical implementation should already be considered during the design planning.
