I think that goes back to "old times." Houses poorly insulated, heating oil was cheap, so 50° flow temperature. This then resulted in the well-known vein problems. Then the issue that many believe it causes dust, etc., etc... Well, what many just can't imagine is that today we manage with flow temperatures of 27/28°. And in the course of controlled residential ventilation, dust is also a different matter. In any case, there is a lot of psychology at play...
In other words: The envelope/build/form/insulation of the house decides whether the L-L heat pump makes sense. Not the KFW-55,40,... certificate
