Hello everyone,
I would like to start a collection of concrete tips for reducing construction costs. What have you been able to achieve to lower construction costs? Which tips/tricks have saved how many euros?
We keep discussing approximate house costs, but it would also be interesting to have concrete cases where money was saved. For example:
Roof window size XX instead of dormer, approx. savings XX euros
Standard patio door instead of sliding lift door, approx. savings XX euros
Wooden stairs instead of concrete stairs, approx. savings XX euros
...
Of course, general self-help or similar reduces costs, but to consider how I can build my house even cheaper, that doesn’t always help anyone.
