Coating under window sill (Asbestos?)

Good day everyone,

some minor renovations in my apartment are coming up soon and while cleaning the rooms I noticed a "coating" under my window sills. Once it is gray, on another window sill the coating is lighter, almost white even. At first, I thought it was paint residue, but the light coating is oddly grooved. When I touch the underside with my fingers, I get traces of the coating on my fingers. It looks like dried paint, that would be my first assessment at least. But I am no expert in the field of construction and renovation, so I hope my question will be forgiven.
For further information: I know that my apartment was renovated about seven years ago, I have no information on whether the window sills were replaced or worked on. The said building was also built no earlier than the 1970s.

Does anyone know more here? I would rather not clean under the window sills if it could be asbestos-containing cladding.

So there is not much to see. But with a near certainty, this is not asbestos. Simply a poorly processed and unpolished cut surface, and at the bottom the wallpaper is overlapped and painted over.

first of all, thank you for your answer. That reassures me for now. I have informed myself, the material of the windowsill seems to be marble. At least in that regard, I am probably on the safe side. However, the light coating on the second picture confuses me. No idea what that is supposed to be.

Don't get worked up about it. Asbestos was used in various contexts depending on the year of construction. But definitely not in this case. Just don't look under it anymore :)
