Clinker pavers - do they suit a new building?

We mixed the driveway in a herringbone pattern with two colors:
Wienerberger Langeoog / Juist, standing vertically.
So in anthracite / red-blue. It matches well with the anthracite roof and our red ring kiln clinker without the reds clashing. It is also nicely textured and low maintenance.

You can also mix in other color tones.

We also chose herringbone. Red tones for a modern flat roof house. In my opinion, it fits perfectly!

Paving always looks great with a clinker facade, no question. However, you hardly ever see it (at least here) with normally plastered new buildings. Here, everything is concrete. It looks great at first, but not anymore in 10 or 20 years.

Thanks for the responses so far! They have already helped us a bit and given new ideas, but perhaps there is still one or another builder here who would like to show me their driveway.

I really like what the Belgian and Dutch call "Backstein". In general, I am in favor of solutions that mean as little soil sealing as possible. For us, it will come down to concrete lanes. The field path look fits the terrain and location. It is not so "Schnieke".

It was only laid today, so it will be compacted again etc.
We had many samples sent and had to realize that the gray clinker looked a lot like gray concrete paving .. and besides, it was also the most expensive.
Therefore, the variant in brown/gray.

Show a facade corner with window area. Then we might be able to rule out something or make a recommendation.
