Cladding without plaster - damages + costs

Hello,

We have been offered a house. With interior masonry and brick cladding around it. However, the exterior plastering of the brick joints around it has been missing for a few years.

Could the masonry have been damaged as a result?

What kind of costs can I roughly expect for the plastering (dimensions approx. 13m x 10m, pitched roof)

Grouting is actually not that expensive. Depending on the sqm and grout color. I would estimate between 2,500 and 4,000 euros (12-15 euros per sqm).

Do you mean the joint smoothing with the exterior plastering of the clinker? - I can't imagine anything around an interior masonry - please show some pictures.

Thank you for your response @ Zubi123. That would definitely satisfy us, we had budgeted up to 5000. And do we have to expect damage because it hasn't been done for such a long time? (As a layperson, I would think that the masonry should be sufficiently protected by the cement between the stones) @ 11ant Unfortunately, I don't have photos. A scaffold costs certainly around 7-12 € per m², depending on the location and conditions. Additionally, there is cleaning of the facade. So, don't calculate too conservatively.

Ok thanks we will plan for that. And should we still be concerned about damages now or is it ultimately really just a completion of an optical nature?
