Cladding without plaster - damages + costs

No one can say that for sure here. The stone normally doesn't break. Insulation behind it? Normally, you can already see a change from the outside if there is a problem because of the water, but have a jointer/mason take a look. Without an on-site inspection, it's just speculation. We often have old historic houses that have not been jointed at all, and rarely does anything happen there either.
