How did things turn out here? Are there any concrete tips for East Berlin? It’s similar for us. We are also looking for a construction company. The plot of land is now available. Alternatively, I would also appreciate recommendations for architects in Berlin. : Where did you build? How did the planning/construction go? What is the approximate price range (I didn’t find any prices on the homepage)?

We have built in Berlin Weissensee, the construction company has no price list. Call, make an appointment, get to know each other, discuss the specific wishes and everything else will follow, within 1 to 2 weeks you will have a very detailed description of the construction services and prices.

I can recommend to you: - Richter Haus - KB Brandis (according to the Builders Association the best construction company in B and BB)

We didn’t get along with Nida’s company. Very expensive offer with a very poor floor plan. But that doesn’t mean anything.

With your differing tastes, I would have been very surprised if you had both liked the same one.

If I sent you their documents and the prices, you would understand me. We wanted a 140 sqm house, they made us a 120 sqm floor plan. It simply didn’t fit, even though the preliminary discussion was promising.

I have heard a lot of good things about Richter Haus. We are building with KB Brandis ourselves (hope to soon). I will report on that later.

Thanks for the tips. How is the contact with KB Brandis going? I was a bit shocked when I realized that KB Brandis is almost 100 km away from us. Is it really worth it (performance, but also price-wise)? Richter Haus sounds exciting. I will take a look. Best regards Stephan
