Only red roofs are allowed here as well, and everyone has a different shade of red on their roof, ranging from orange to bright red to purple and reddish brown. We have a very dark burgundy red, which sometimes looks a bit purple, sometimes wine red, or brownish depending on the light. Red is a broad term after all; it includes all tones that are somewhat reddish. A roof tile described as wine red is certainly to be considered red.

Best regards

And that's all you can come up with besides full quote and comic language? With this attitude and limited way of thinking, nothing else was to be expected. This way, the attentive reader can at least correctly assess the value of your contributions.

The manufacturer designation is irrelevant because the manufacturer can name it whatever they want. Just because a green brick (exaggeratedly) carries "red" in its name, it would not be legal in a construction area with the requirement "only red roofs."

In case of doubt, an expert on site will have to assign a standardized color tone, which must then be matched with the specifications in the development plan.

Escroda, you should maybe also slow down a bit. Certainly, Zaba expressed himself a bit snappishly towards you in that one post with the "bla bla bla," but in the end, by including the questionable section of the development plan, he showed that his claim, which you doubted, regarding the permissible roof colors is actually stated there. Responding by telling him to "shut up" is therefore pretty disrespectful!

I had understood to mean that nowhere in the development plan does it say "Red ranges from light red to brown. Light gray only the stone gray." And then confirmed that with his screenshot.
